Sara Milena Correa Puerta holds a Master’s degree in Process Management and graduated with honors in Leadership as part of her Bachelor's in Business from one of Latin America's top universities. She brings solid professional experience in management, sales, and marketing, with a career that spans across the retail sectors of Argentina, Colombia, and The United States. With 5 consecutive years in the cosmetics and personal care industry - and a total of +9 years in retail - she has held key roles in product and project management, as well as in commercial leadership.

Her journey has taken her to major international trade fairs like Beauty Fair in Brazil and Cosmoprof in the U.S., and to leadership programs in Mexico with Partners of the Americas.

 

All of these experiences led her to create CosmetiTech — a platform born from her belief that every entrepreneur holds a unique inner strength and the power to build great businesses, while helping strengthen the national industry through strong and meaningful connections.
